La línea de investigación en Geobiología sobre la actividad de los microorganismos benéficos de la rizosfera ha permitido identificar, aislar y aplicar principalmente simbiontes micorrízicos de distintos edafoecosistemas degradados por por aguas residuales, urbanización y fragmentación, jales mineros, etc.
